Tuesday, October 9, 2012 5:13:00 AM PDT | VentureDeal

Las Vegas, Nevada  --  GE (NYSE: GE) and Peake Fuel Solutions, an affiliate of Chesapeake energy, have launched a new compressed natural gas (CNG) system for large and small-scale retailers.

Called CNG In A Box, the system is a plug-and-play on-site fueling solution that enables retailers to quickly add low-cost natural gas fuel to their operations.

CNG-powered taxis, buses or small trucks, in addition to individual consumer vehicles, will be able to fill up their tanks using a dispenser with the same look and feel is a traditional gasoline pump.
