BAM Labs Collects $1 Million Venture Capital

   Campbell, California  --  Medical device company BAM Labs has raised $1 million in venture capital debt and equity financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

BAM Labs is developing a medical device and service that monitors sleep in patients.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

BAM is still seeking $500,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
