CEA Launches New Startup Membership Category

   Arlington, Virginia  --  The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) has created a new membership category exclusively for startup companies.

Among the requirements for the new category, startups must have annual sales under $1 million and must be in development of a technology product, service or application that has been introduced or will be introduced into the market within one year from the prospective membership date.

The new category will provide memberships at a reduced rate of $95 per year and will be formally available on January 3, 2013.
