Better Place Bags $50 Million Venture Capital

   Palo Alto, California  --  Electric transportation provider Better Place has received $50 million in new venture capital equity and debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Better Place is an electric vehicle service provider building out networks in Israel and European countries.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Better Place is still seeking $50 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
