Biomatrica Accepts $5 Million New Venture Capital

   San Diego, California  --  Biotechnology company Biomatrica has landed $5 million in new venture capital investment.

Biomatrica has developed technologies for stabilizing, processing, storing and shipping biological samples at room temperature.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

The company said it would use the funding to accelerate the launch of its technologies that stabilize diagnostic assays at ambient temperature.
