Lanx Secures Venture Capital Equity Funding

Broomfield, Colorado  --  Medical device company Lanx has received $2 million in new venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Lanx develops and markets surgical implants and biological products for spinal surgery.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed.

Lanx is still seeking $6.4 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
