BinOptics Banks $4 Million Venture Capital Investment

   Ithaca, New York  --  Networking electronics company BinOptics has raised $4 million in new venture capital equity investment, according to an SEC filing.

BinOptics is developing monolithically integrated optoelectronics components.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

BinOptics is backed by a large syndicate of venture capital and private equity firms.
