WSI Launches Global Optimized Flight Planning

   Andover, Massachusetts  --  Aviation weather technology company Weather Services International (WSI) has announced the launch of a new aviation flight planning weather forecasting system.

Called the Global Optimized Flight Planning, the application brings together weather forecasts and data with flight planning and filing capabilities on a single online platform.

The application is available on the Apple iPad platform and on the web and requires pilots to assess their route and the impact of weather and airspace restrictions throughout the route.

The system is part of WSI's Pilotbrief Optima, designed for business jet operators flying throughout the world.
