Artspace Accepts Second Venture Capital Funding

   New York, New York  --  Internet art site Artspace has received $8.5 million in its second round of institutional venture capital funding.

Artspace has developed a website that helps collectors learn about and collect fine art from around the world.

Canaan Partners led the round, which also included other undisclosed investors.

The company said it would use the financing to expand its technology platform and service footprint.
