DataXu Raised $27 Million Venture Capital Investment

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  Digital media technology company DataXu has garnered $27 million in new venture capital investment.

DataXu has developed technology that is a "self learning decision support system that matches advertisers, publishers and web users at a rate of hundreds of thousands of requests per second."

Thomvest Ventures led the round, which included previous investors Atlas Venture, Flybridge Capital Partners and Menlo Ventures.

The company will use the proceeds to fuel its global expansion efforts.
