GroundMetrics Lands Venture Capital Equity Funding

   San Diego, California  --  Sensor technology company GroundMetrics has raised $1.5 million in new venture capital equity financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

GroundMetrics provides land-based electromagnetic sensing for advanced survey and monitoring applications worldwide.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

GroundMetrics was still seeking an additional $20,000 in financing, according to the filing.
