Edgewater Networks Launches EdgeProtect 7300 Controller

Santa Clara, California  --  Videoconferencing technology company Edgewater Networks has announced the commercial availability of its newest distributed video communications system.

Called the EdgeProtect 7300, the appliance is optimized for small and medium businesses and makes for simpler provisioning of mobile clients.

The system works with existing H.323 gatekeepers and minimizes jitter, latency and packet loss, according to the company.
