New York, New York  --  E-Commerce technology company Cover has received $1.5 million in new seed venture capital investment.

Cover is developing mobile payment solutions for restaurant applications.

O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures led the round, which included numerous individual investors.

Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
