Talking Friends Apps Reach 1 Billion Downloads

   Palo Alto, California  --  Digital media developer Outfit7 said that its two Talking Friends applications have reached 1 billion downloads in less three years since launch.

Called Talking Tom and Talking Friends, the characters provide humorous talkback ability and reaction to touch cues.

In addition, the company cited more than 25 million views of user generated Talking Friends videos on YouTube each month.

Outfit7 said that it will be expanding the characters interactive approaches into new areas, such as television, home entertainment and live events.
