Movius Garners Venture Capital Equity Investment

Atlanta, Georgia  --  Wireless technology provider Movius has received $26.7 million in venture capital equity financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Movius provides technologies to help wireless, wireline and cable/MSOs to differentiate themselves with a unique set of social, local, mobile applications for their customers.




Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

The amount included converted indebtedness and accrued interest, according to the filing.
