SCRA Technology Ventures Accepts New Companies

Columbia, South Carolina -- SCRA Technology Ventures announced the acceptance of five new companies into its accelerator program.

The five companies are Snapcastr, BarberWind Turbines, ActivEd, TerraStride and Electronic Health Network.

SCRA helps fund and develop new technology companies and says that it has deployed over $79 million in funding and infrastructure among over 280 early-stage companies since 2006.

The company also says that a number of economic impact studies show that its cumulative output on South Carolina's economy is in excess of $15.3 billion.
