MakerBot To Launch Innovation Center at Florida Poly

   Brooklyn, New York  --  3D printing company MakerBot has announced a partnership with the Florida Polytechnic University.

As part of the University's grand opening in Lakeland, Florida, MakerBot will deliver more than 55 3D printers and scanners for university use by faculty and students.

Florida Poly is the 12th and newest campus of the State University System of Florida and the only location dedicated exclusively to STEM curricula.

The University's launch celebration will be held on Saturday, August 16 and the MakerBot Innovation Center will help it build a Rapid Application Development Makerspace.
