Boston, Massachusetts -- IT company Cogito has received $5.5 million in equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Cogito "enables enterprises to increase individual and team performance by analyzing and interpreting human behavior in real-time." Investors in the funding were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds. Company CEO Joshua Feast co-founded the firm in September 2007. Cogito is backed by a syndicate of venture capital firms.
