908 Devices Adds To Series C Financing

   Boston, Massachusetts  --  Electronics technology company 908 Devices has received additional third round venture capital funding.

908 Devices provides a variety of miniaturized diagnostic and other electronic detection and identification tools.

Casdin Capital and other individual investors made the add-on investment in the Series C round.

The company said it would use the additional capital to accelerate its entry into the life science Market with Its High-Pressure Mass Spectrometry technology.

908 previously raised $11.6 million in the first part of its Series C round.
